Project Management  HEADING_TITLE
The project manager is the information link between the client and supply chain. And it will become apparent in the early stages of planning as to the type of manager appropriate i.e. a roving or site based.

Work Space design will allocate a project manager to each commission, their main role being the smooth running of the project at all times. This is achieved by way of direct communications between client and supply chain aiding the flow of pre determined or revised information. The project manager will be assigned early in the conception stage and will remain part of the project until all works are completed.
